TDEE question

I have been doing some research and would like some clarifications on the TDEE - 20% approach. Based on online calculations my TDEE is 2355 so - 20% would be 1884 calories. The main question I have is to just eat this much or should I also eat my excerise calories back I plan on working out and burning at least 500 calories per day 6 days a week.

if you used your activity level to find your TDEE (for example you clicked "Moderate- exercises 3-5 times a week)- then you do not eat your calories back.
Some people choose 'sedentary- no exercise' for their activity level and I think they eat back calories.0 -
I agree, if you calculated your TDEE with the accurate activity level then don't eat back your calories because the TDEE already calculated them in. What I do is just log my workouts as only burning 1 calorie on MFP, that way I can still keep track of my workouts but it doesn't mess up how many calories I have left in a day.0
