My journey to weight loss started in Feb 2013 at 184 lbs. That's when I decided that's it. No more excuses. I lost a few lbs and then got back on track with mfp after abandoning it for a year or so. Today I weigh in at 164. I fit back into all my old clothes that have been hanging around in the closet to make their reappearance. I want new clothes though. Smaller sizes. And I'll get them. I feel great. And if I can do it anyone can.
I've always dreaded going to the doctor and now I can't wait for my appointment in July. I should be down 10 more lbs by then. Hoping.
Summer 2012 One hundred eighty some
Fall 2012 Still One hundred eighty something
Winter 2013 Still in the 180's. At least I'm keeping it stable right.
The result from Feb til now. Not too bad. Still a ways to go.

You look great, really you can see the difference.
I started at the beginning of February at 187.8 and today weighed in at 171.8. And I I don't have the drastic difference that I can easily see in your pictures.
What are you doing? How many calories a day and what type of exercise program?0 -
I was at 1200 calories until a week ago. Now I'm at 1400. I don't do any exercise routine. I walk. I walk for an hour a day 3-6 times a week, Oh I got one of those xbox Kinect things and there's a fitness game that I do along with the just dance games. There's days I don't exercise but I watch what I eat closely those days.0
