So i've been making my own muesli every day by chucking a handful of wholemeal rolled oats with some sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and crushed unsalted unroasted nuts and eating it with yogurt.
I thought this would be low calorie? But when put it into the food diary it comes out as 715 calories.

Yeah, I make homemade raw muesli with a handful of whatever nuts, seeds, dried fruit and coconut flakes I have on hand and a cup of it is something like 560 calories.
Try having a smaller serving size and pouring unsweetened almond milk over it instead, like a cereal.
It's yummy, but it's not low-cal0
