We can't really help you unfortunately. There's no miracle solution, you just need some willpower. You've already lost a lot, don't let it be a waste.

Personally, I don't completely agree with @Franc. I see you don't track fiber which makes a huge difference! Also, I would suggest eating more in the morning. I try to make each of my meals around 300 cals with 300 calories extra cals for snacks. Works wonder for me. Just remembered to eat plenty of veggies and fruit!

    Hope I helped

Plan your meals in advance. Stick to it.

Eliminating foods that tempt you can help, in the beginning but you might want to add them back in at some point if you aren't prepared to live the rest of your life without them.

Put your old clothes on. Look at old pictures. See how far you've come and want to continue with that more than you want anything else (well, almost anything else!)

*PS you don't have to eat "healthy" so much as count every calorie and make a deficit.

Breakfast 400 cal lunch 400 cal and dinner 500 cal, snacks 300 cal there you go do that and if you workout add 200 extra calories to your snacks :)

I find if I eat breakfast early I am starving all day although I don't know why. So now I eat my breakfast around 10 ish & that works better for me. Also sometimes higher protein or higher fiber helps people to stay fuller longer. Good luck.

I found that it helped to track when I was eating. I found I had certain binge tendencies at particular times. Once I knew that I would plan for it by wearing walking shoes, comfortable clothes. When I wanted to eat I would go walk a mile and drink some water.

Exercise creates the same sort of endorphins as food and many times I would be having an endophin craving as opposed to an actual hunger craving. The walk would solve it. If not, I at least earned a 100 calorie snack :)

Im not an advocate for any kind of eating habits but when i eat a really healthy day i can't eat all my calories without adding some junk before bed. Greek yogurt and strawberries at breakfasts.. Grilled chicken sandwich with cheese some almonds too. Then for dinner maybe fish wit salad or more chicken. I aim for 35% protein 35 % fat and30% carbs. For me carbs create cravings if i binge on them. Anyhow good luck.

It looks like you've lost quite a lot of weight already so just keep doing what you've been doing. Its obviously working :o)

If you're struggling a bit try planning meals in advance as others have said. Have healthier meals/snacks prepared. Freeze grapes, bananas or even a few squares of dark chocolate so that they take longer to eat and satisfy a sweet tooth a little longer. I like low cal ice lollies for pudding when everyone else is having cake. If you try to completely deprive yourself then you will most likely fail.

Could you exercise longer to compensate for taking in too many calories?

Do you do strength exercises to build muscle? You need quite a lot of calories for that and more muscle means you'll burn more fat and also burn fat for longer.

Don't give up, you can do this!
