Should I eat back workout calories even if its late in the night? Or is that bad since I am going to sleep soon?

If you're doing a program where you eat back your exercise calories, you can eat them whenever you want. You can eat them before you workout, after you workout or even 10 minutes before you go to sleep. Do whatever works for you.
The main reason people say not to eat past a certain time is because people tend to over-do it, not because there is anything inherently bad about it. Some people don't sleep well on a full stomach. Personally, I eat right up until I go to bed.0 -
Meh... not if you don't want them. I'm an advocate for eating back your exercise calories if you're following MFP's guidelines; but not doing so here and there won't hurt you.0
