I need HELP!!

I am new here, and just finished my first week.

I do water aerobics 2-3 times a week for the past 4 years and love it, but I'm not losing any weight. Not even 1 pound. I have been counting my calories, I drink my 8 glasses of water and the scale didn't move this week. I'm getting frustrated :(

In the past, when I workout I don't lose. If I don't workout then I lose. HELP, any advice is appreciated.

    It's been one week. Did you gain all the weight in one week? If not then stay calm, be patient and don't get frustrated yet. Are you eating enough? Eating too much? Weighing/measuring your food? Calculating your calorie burns accurately? Eating back your exercise calories? Your diary is locked so can't be much more help.

    This. MFP can take a little while accounting for adjustments to get it working for you. The best advice I ever got, though, was cooking more at home and investing in a food scale.
