Hi,
I'm Hannah, I'm 24 and live in Cornwall, UK.
I used the app before with little success, but never found the forum.
I am now the heaviest I've ever been and keen to pick up tips and advice on ways to keep my motivation up, I've found before that I last around a month, then go back to comfort eating :-(
Any support would be amazing.

As long as you have friends on here, and log every day it help keeps you accountable!

I usually give up after 2 weeks but thanks to my awesome friends on here I'm still going!

Pick something you like doing and start with that

skinnytaste.com has some fabulous recipes on it, so you don't feel like you're deprived. Friend request sent hunny, and if you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll help out as much as i can
