Kind of new to MFP

I've been tracking, but not really interacting. I'm mostly paleo/primal concerning my way of eating, However, I HAVE TO track calories too, as my weight loss has stalled. Needing motivation, and this seems the perfect place. =p It's more than just tracking and exercising, Support and like-minded individuals is a major part as well.
