Hi everyone
Since joining this site I have found super motivation for my weight loss! watching and hearing about other peoples success is really great for me and I would love to hear more! I know I have only been at it for a month but I will share my progress, the highs and lows of my journey, and lessons ive learned! please share your experience
My Progress:
In 4 weeks ive gone from 15st 2lb to 13st 13lb. I know 15 pounds is fast in 4 weeks is fast. but i feel great!
Highs:
Finding that increasing my calories by 300-600 actually helped me loose more weight then when I was starving myself! and seeing definition in my body that I can even peck dance now!
Lows:
I slammed my calories down to 1200, I had massive food cravings, especially at night as I was always guilty night food raider and I really did not feel I could resist. Then when I failed to loose weight for a week I got really hung up on it, and started asking the question I see a lot: 1200 calorie diet but GAINING weight!!??
Lesson:
Do not drop your calories really low as I found greatest success during the week that I kept my calories stable, not just for the amount of weight loss, but for the real definition and toning it gave my body.
