How can i lose inches instead of weight?

Hey everyone! So now i'm at my weight loss goal and i don't want to lose any more weight, but i still got an inch or two to go on a few places. Whenever i lose weight i lose inches, but i don't know if i can do that while maintaining my current weight. So is it even possible to lose inches while maintaining weight? Should I eat my BMR and keep doing strength training? Do i keep doing cardio? Anyone with experience? If i continue to lose weight i will be underweight and i don't want that. What should i do?:embarassed:
