Failing on the diet go round.

I can't seem to get back on track, I have a lot of stress lately and try not to use food for a relief, but it's not working.
We went on vacation mid March I can't seem to get back on track, the mornings and afternoons start out fine but by the late afternoon, I am eating like a little piggy.
I've gained 6 of my hard to lose pounds back, any help would be appreciated.
