Les Mills Classes? Coeliac diet tips?

I'm new to this site and was wondering if any coeliacs have any diet tips for someone with a huge sweet tooth?

I have also been going to the Les Mills BodyPump and BodyAttack classes three times a week, have people found these classes good for fat loss/toning? I really want to not be embarrassed about my body on my summer holidays in August so have plenty of time to work hard just need help/motivation :)
