I am always hungry on 1200 calories a day... if i workout more and then eat more will i still be losing weight? assuming i don't go over the amount i burned? for example start with 1200 for the day burns an additional 500, am i then good to eat up to 1700? Im a grumpy hungry person... so i try to avoid it.

Try reading this. You can probably eat more and still lose weight. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/952996-level-obstacles-lose-weight-target-fat-easy0

There's no reason to eat 1200 calories a day. Eat more! How much would you have to eat to maintain your goal weight? Aim for that number, maybe a little less if you feel like it.0
