To increase or decrease now... that is the question.

As the title says, I'd like opinions and experience!

I've been eating 15% of my TDEE for around a month or 2 months. I adjusted this from 20%, as I'm only about 10 pounds of my ultimate goal weight, but still have an oddly large=ish BF% (26 average on calculators) and am obviously more concerned about fat loss and BF% than numbers, but still.

So anyways, since I already am eating at a very small deficit, would it even make a difference to do a form of "reset" and eat at maintenance? do you feel this gave your own body a break, even though you weren't eating at a very large deficit? I just don't know if it's really worth doing since I haven't been eating under 1500 calories. (TDEE 1700-1900).
I work out 4-5 times per week, doing strength (body weight) and a bit of cardio. Cannot lift heavy as of now.

What about decreasing? There is a lot of speculation on whether you should increase or decrease closer to goal weight, and I'd like to know what everyone thinks. perhaps decreasing is the way to go?

I should also add that I eat at least 100 grams of protein a day.

Thanks guys!

What is the problem that you are trying to fix? You don't really say anywhere why you want to change what you are doing.

oopsie! I thought I did. I'm looking for a way to "break" my plateau, or at least increase my fat loss. My measurements have been crawling, and my scale has barely moved in 4 months.
I am just looking for opinions and what other people think in regards to either increasing or decreasing closer to goal weight.
