our first time eating out since changing our eating habits :-) I was so ready to not eat at all and just watch the kids and husband eat but the waitress was so helpful and even grabbed the nutrition info for me on their whole menu. I settled on the Citrus Chicken Salad..and I still am under all my goals. I can now use their sheet and plan my next meal cuz honestly it was good but not enough chicken and way too much salad lol there was so many other things on the menu calling for me to eat them but I resisted...even with my hubby saying...oh its one time
So proud so I had to share!

Boston Pizza, we had to go to the city to get protein powder & clothes for the kids, our youngest started talking about going there as soon as we hit the city, so I was stressing the whole time about what to eat rather than enjoying shopping, or I would have bought myself some stuff too lol

Arielle: Their nutrition is online I just hadn't planned on going there for awhile so I hadn't really looked at it but now that I have the sheet and I can see what things as well I can get as half orders I can mark some favourites to try from now on without the stress. Oh and the salad was HUGE I could barely finish it but still logged the whole thing

iamladybird: It was so hard to listen to myself over my husband who is still annoyed I took so long to order, he is changing his habits too but he also has more calories to work with and had hardly eaten today as he was out helping his uncle. I don't care that he's annoyed, I felt so much better and didn't want to come home and then feel like i had to work off a crappy meal

Powerful, hopefully that's how you feel! You have flipped the switch, no longer trying you are actually committed:bigsmile: That's impressive and now you know you can go out and enjoy an evening and not undo all the work you've done. Congrats!!

That's awesome! Restaurants are always the hardest. It's really nice that the waitress could provide the calorie count for the whole menu for you!
