Hi all,
This is probably one of the most obvious questions ever, but I am just doubtin myself a little and would appreciate a little bit of clarity on this.
MFP has worked out I need to eat 1200 cals per day to lose 2lb per week....if I exercise I obviously "earn" calories...therefore do I then have to eat the calories earned as well????

Yes! 1200 cals is the minimum your body needs to function, so please do eat your extra cals back
I'm in no way a specialist, this is just from experience.
Good luck0 -
Ahhhhh ok...thank you. I will from now on eat ALL the calories...I did think it was bad to be 756 calories out. Ooooooooops :blushing:0

If you're following the MFP plan...then yes. Eat and enjoy. Keep in mind that 1200 is really low....2lbs a week is not guaranteed, its just the default minimum. You may want to consider resetting to a slower more sustainable pace. Good luck! You can do this!0
