Stop Looking at the Scale! The 4lbs Difference:

I started my weight loss journey on January 15th, and this is what I looked like: (220lbs)

Then I got down to this on April 25th: (183lbs)

Since then I have only lost 4lbs, but I am now this: (179lbs)

I'm posting this under success stories because if you're here - you're looking for motivation. :) But seriously, stop looking the scale so much. focus on getting the healthy, and the scale will follow in it's own time :)
