Anyone else fall off the wagon this weekend?

I know I did, big time!

Friday night I had Little Caesars pizza and almost a whole bag of crazy bread with it.

Yesterday, I went out to dinner with my fiance. I got FRIED chicken tenders with BBQ sauce, french fries, and potato skins. Today, I had a huge caramel iced latte in the morning and then got mcdonalds for lunch because I thought I'd never have time to cook dinner with all the homework and laundry I have to do. Got a quarter pounder with cheese, a medium fry and a medium coke.

Anyone else have a terrible food weekend? Share so we can overcome the weekend and get back on track for this week. :) I was lucky enough to only gain 1 pound this week, although that number may increase by the morning.

You ate an extra 7000 over your TDEE this weekend? If not it's probably mostly water (sodium and carbs make the body retain water).

last night went out and had a couple cocktails with a friend for her bday then we got drunk burritos at like 2am, totalling about 1400 cals total. logged it this morning, felt like total crap about it for all of 3 seconds, and then promptly pre logged my day for today to help keep me on track. today is a new day. :)

Most of the past week has been bad food choices for me. Lots of chocolate. I gained back about 2lbs. I really need to go food shopping and go back to my no starches for dinner and on.
I did start to feel ill by the end of the day and sometimes when I woke up. And I'm pretty sure it was from all of my poor eating. That feeling of being nauseous and as though I had heart burn is what I have to hold on to if I want to eat poorly again. Remember the uncomfortable feeling in my stomach and the scale dial going up.
We will get back on track because it feels good to eat healthy and we want to treat our bodies better.

Ohhh yeah. Had Mexican with the parents Friday night, then all the popcorn ever at a movie, a big, greasy bar burger and fries and like 5 beers last night, and Jimmy John's an hour ago. Smooth. But it's okay! I'm working out every day this week, and next weekend, and on Monday the 29th I'm going for a run with a friend I haven't seen in months. Time off is essential. So are bad foods. They keep us sane!

I had a carb overload 2 days this week. This after being on MFP for 2 weeks. My usual dive off the diets I have done before and then I said screw it and kept off the wagon. This time I have to keep telling myself, I am doing this for me. No one can do it for me. So I forgave myself and got right back on the program. That is the hardest thing to do. But after a couple of days I feel proud of myself for not going off the deep end again but getting back on track. You can too! Just do it!

Yes!!! I ate more pastries than I can count! Glad I wasn't the only one who over indulged. Avoiding the scale until next week!

Yep. Just had BBQ chicken fingers and fries for dinner. But I haven't indulged in fried food in like almost 2 months (and we used to eat it 2-3x a week) so I'm ok with it! :)

Oh and it was damn good too lol

I tried. Three weeks with no junk food, then two nights ago, I decided to go to McDonald's.
    I ordered:

    Big Mac
    2 Double Cheeseburgers
    20 piece nuggets
    a large fry

I stepped out of my car to go in to my apartment, and as soon as I closed the car door. BOOM. Torrential downpour. The bag got soaked, the wind took the bag out of my hand, spilling the food all over the parking lot.

I stood there for a second, said out loud, "REALLY?!" and then ate properly. :(

I wish this wasn't a true story, I'm still craving that food :(

I've done better. Someone left a huge bowl of jellybeans and I ate a bunch, including flavors I don't even like -- that was low.
