Looking to make that next step

I have signed up recently and still feel a bit on my own here. I'm generally in shape and have been for a while but I'm looking to take that next step. I'm big into mountain biking and want to really get to low end athlete type levels of fitness and physique.
I started out about 179lbs, with my first goal being 165lbs. At that point I want to get back into doing weights and then look at trying to get to and maintain 10-12% body fat. I currently can't do any real strength work due to recovering from a broken rib but it should only be a few weeks at most now though.
My endurance fitness is pretty good, I can ride the bike for 6-8 hours at a time without to much problem, but I really want to get my speed up with interval and threshold training.
Looking for friends to help push me on so feel free to add me.
