Anyone have any tips to help me lose fat off my stomach? That's the spot where I have gained the most weight. Anything helps, thanks everyone

You've probably heard a million times by now that you can't spot reduce. If you are prone to putting a disproportionate amount of fat in your belly, that may come off last, and you may never have washboard abs. But focus on losing weight and you'll see.
You also probably know that being apple shaped is correlated with more health problems than being pear shaped so any loss in that area will probably do you some good.0 -

thats where i tend to store fat as well. but, really it just took being diligent about my eating. you just have to lose the fat all over in order to lose the fat on your stomach. mine came off VERY LAST. i lost all of my weight in the span of 4-5 months from july to december, and only just NOW started losing it on my belly.
strength training helps... squats, lunges, pushups, arm exercises as well. just get your whole body strong.i cant recommend heavy lifting enough.
edited to add: losing weight all over in order to lose the fat on your stomach can tend to make some areas look skeletal and disproportional and thats where strength training comes in to play.0 -
