When it comes to squats, i'm still a noob on it...
Any tips I should bring with me for tomorrows leg day?

eg. When I squat do I hit the 90 degree angle or is it *kitten* to the grass?

    Goblet squats
Rear foot elevated Dumbell split squats

    Google both of those

As far as depth goes if you are a beginner just go as deep as you can while maintaining good form, most people won't be able to get ATG on a squat without form breakdown when they start out

If Im squatting using dumbells I place some barbell plates under both feet so my heels are raised. Helps with form and I can go alot lower

How could I use two dumbbells?
  • This should help you for dumbbell squats. It's a very useful website in general actually.

  • Whenever I squat (& I do a lot) I try and get below parallel. Its far more functional. Increasing your ability for sports, athletic strength and normal day to day activities.
So if you have the ability to go "ATG" I would suggest it.
When I squat with dumb bells I usually make them into a compound movement. If I'm just focusing on legs and squatting I do it with a bar.
