Hiking/ Nature walk photography

I propose a new thread. Since many of us are out and about walking and hiking, I suggest we post pictures from our adventures. I tend to feel more motivated seeing pictures from other people's excursions. These pictures do not have to be professional grade... just something for fun. I tend to walk even further with my camera looking for the perfect shot for the day.

These were up at the Minnewaska state park in Gardiner, NY

    I didn't take any pics today, but I saw several squirrels, a redtail hawk, a black bunny, a hummingbird, and a stray dog lol. Also, a few grasshoppers.

    Nice photos! I'm from the Hudson Valley (a little further upstate now), and I've only been to Minnewaska once, about 6 months ago. I love hiking and usually take some photos but haven't uploaded any. I'll have to work on that.
