Where do I go from here?

I reached my first goal - getting from 210 down to 185. Within a week my BMI will be within the "normal" range. My blood pressure is moving back toward the safe range and my cholesterol and triglycerides are looking better. I'm celebrating guardedly, knowing that I could drop another 20 and still be well within the normal BMI range.
Now what? I know exactly what will happen if I stop working at this. Is another outcome-based goal appropriate (weight, leg size, etc)? Or should I consider more of a process-oriented goal, such as completing a triathlon or logging a certain number of miles ridden?
Those who have set non-weight goals - what are you choosing for your goals?

I haven't reached my goal, I've got a long, long way to go. But I have set mini goals- like right now I'm aiming for 10%- that's a weight loss goal. But I have also been setting performance goals as well- mostly logging x number of miles in a month. Another performance goal I have right now is getting my endurance up so that I can get through the first day of a couch to 5 K. I think having something to work towards is a really helpful motivator. And for me having two goals means that I win either way which helps me, but winning both will be even better.
I guess maybe you could look at things you've never done before or things other people have done that you are like "I could NEVER do that." Or maybe you could just try several new things. Approach possible activities as different majors and take a class in all of them- you might find a new thing that you are just really into.
Or try maintaining for a while- from what I've read on other boards and blogs- that can be it's own challenging goal- and it appears to be one that people aren't aware of until the get there.
Good luck to you on whatever you decide!0
