Looking for medical students who are on their rotations, which we know is very timing consuming and leaves little to no time for formal excerise. Just want to know how you are coping and if the weight is still coming off. My goal is 2lbs per week, which is pretty doable for me when I exercise. I will be starting my rotations soon and I want to know if 2lbs per week is still feasible.

I can't respond to most of your questions, but want to say that one of my co-workers walks the stairs during her 30 minute breaks. If you're in a hospital with lots of stairs, maybe you can get some exercise in that way.0
