calorie goal

Hey everyone :) I was just curious what is some of your calorie goals.i am getting to stay between 1200-1400.i work out 5 days a week and am really trying to change my lifestyle and loose this weight.any tips on calorie goals would be greatly appreciated.hope everyone is having a beautiful weekend.

    Caloric needs vary greatly based on weight, height, age, sex, activity, and goals. How many calories someone else is eating is irrelevant unless the have the same stats, activity level, and goals.
