I'm curious about it because my hubby works insane hours at work with no time for gym memberships and gets out too late to do any walking around. What I'd like to know is have any of you tried it yourselves or know anyone who has and is it worth the time? People on the commercial claimed to have lost 40+ pounds because their 10 minute workouts are like doing 30 minutes worth. Soo just lookin for imput from real people before getting Into it. Thanks for reading!

I've done HASfit's 10 minute trainers and lost 8 lbs and 4 lbs using BeFit in 90.
HASfit and BeFit in 90 are both free. I prefer 10 min workouts because I can stack them to make a 20 min or 30 min workout.
You can burn the workouts to DVD for $0. I've heard this about losing weight, 80% is diet and 20% is working out. I've never done any of the BB workouts. So, I've been doing YouTube workouts for free. So much variety to choose from.

It's been my experience that weight loss and MAINTAINING it for over 20 years is about 60% nutrition and 40% exercise. There is NO WAY I would have kept my weight off if I hadn't exercised! I've always had better results from doing structured programs, which are designed to maximize results, rather than just a hodge podge of workouts that are not designed to work together to get you great results. So I was killing myself and looked like my "before" picture!
As for 10 Minute Trainer, I've seen people get great results from it!0 -
I did it. I have a now four year old and three year old and didn't have time
for a long workout. I did it religiously for two months and didn't really get much of a difference. Lost a little bit of
fat but I didn't really follow any type of diet plan so that may have helped me out some.0 -
