Has anyone eaten a protein power salad?

I bought a protein power salad that has all sprouts. I don't know if I am supposed to eat as is or do I toss with other salad greens, what type of dressing would be good, just any info would help. It seems so wierd to eat as is........suggestions please, anyone ?
