    Hi Suzan,

    I have been on the site since 4/19, I think. My coworkers introduce it to me. I really like it. So far I have lost 12lbs since then and still loosing. However, I did get some help on Thursday for an added boost to help me loose the wt. This site keeps me accountable when I log in. I must measure my food, i must track my carbs and most of all I must count my calories. it is working and I do want to go back to Blissful Wellness with a good report. I didn't think I would ever get past my plateau. This is the same plateau since Jan 18,2010. I was working out and then I traveled to TX to visit my brother and fell off. I didn't gain more than 5lbs overall since beginning my journey in October 09.

    I know many people do not believe that wt loss centers are a benefit, but I am a witness and two of my other friends are loosing wt too. Yes, you must be autonomous and make your own decision, but that money spent makes you accountable and going back for a weigh- in is even more embarrasing.

    I don't know how much wt you would like toloose, but I am more than willing to team up with you. My goal wt is 125. I'm a realist so I know I will have drinks in June for my anniversay/honeymoon. i know for my daughter's birthday, I will have cake and junk food that entire weekend(of coursee my best bud is dropping wt too so neither of us will splurge too much) and in July the same story, but I will start wt training around June 15 or so to make sure I'm toning too.
