Hey everyone! My name is Jessica, I am on a new journey to continue the healthy lifestyle I started not too long ago and gain lean muscle mass. I have heard some great things about my fitness pal. I am new to the fitness lifestyle and have been making healthier food choices the past 7 months and started seeing a trainer the past 2 months. Before September I started feeling bloated and tired and desperately needed a change, so I did a nutritional cleanse my friend recommended. As a result I lost 8 lbs and gained a ton of energy and started sleeping better! Since then I have completely changed my lifestyle by making healthier choices and getting my body moving. I hope to find motivation and tips for clean eating and training so feel free to add me and we can help each other!
