    No, but if I had a faster metabolism I know I wouldn't need to diet. :)

    Lol, don't buy into thinking that certain foods increase metabolism. All foods have TEF and yes some have a higher one than others, but not enough to change personal metabolism. You want to change your metabolism..........................work out harder.
