    I've done this for a few weeks now and it has worked out great! I don't vacuum seal my lids. I just put the lid on and put it in the fridge and I haven't had soggy lettuce once. Also, I use the lids that come with the jars. I used wide mouth quart size jars that I bought from Walmart. :smile:

    Thank you for these details. Now I feel encouraged to try it. Husbands going to love this idea, and I think I'm gonna do it as a surprise and one day when he gets home from work he's gonna find all these paleo salads in a jar ready to go. I think it'll be a nice surprise. I hope so.:happy::smile:
