Diner food

I'm going to a diner in a little while and I'm nost sure wha the best choices are for me... any suggestions?

If its for breakfast, they probably have oatmeal and you can get fruit... or whole wheat toast. Just try and stay away from the fried stuff... if its for lunch they should have salad, just watch the dressing! Enjoy.

all I can say is eat 1/2 of what they give you!!! Just try to stay away from grease, mayo and cheese.0

I know you've already had your breakfast by now but in addition to oatmeal and fruit which someone already mentioned, I frequently go with eggs and whole wheat toast. Heck, I'll even put cheese in my eggs if I can control the portion! Things to limit are hash browns (greasy) and sausage/bacon (though bacon does taste so good).0
