My 24/5 Plan

Hi Everyone:

I call this my 24/5 Plan :smile:

1. I work out at the "24" hour Fitness Center

2. I work out for "24" minutes on my 1st exercise

3. I work out for "24" minutes on my 2nd exercise

4. I work out every "24" hours

5. Rest for "24" hours (1 day@week)

I will usually exercise 45 minutes and burn 400-450 calories from cardio exercises per day. Now if I can just get a handle on my portion control and food choices, I can get closer to my goal! :laugh:

    Very good... at least you have a plan lol

    I was going to join 24 Hr Fitness, but am still too self-conscience... but that's just me lol
