What is the 30 day shred?

I've seen results on here from the 30 day shred, but I have no idea what it is and how it works. Please explain? :)

    It's a video by Jillian Michaels - or you can get it on you tube. It has 3 levels (approx 10-days for each level = 30 days) and is a mix of cardio and strength training.
