What's a good monthly meal plan?

I have a hard time sticking to advice like "eat carbs in the morning" or whatever. I'm one of those people that likes to be told exactly what to do and I'll do it. XD it's the same thing at school or work. I like having clear rules and guidelines. :) I give up flexibility for the stability of it all!

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew of a good site or could help me with a daily/weekly meal plan I could try for a month ( I plan on getting the 30 day shred soon and want to incorporate a better diet as well).

As far as meat goes, I only eat white meat chicken. And I'm allergic to shellfish and in general the smell of fish makes me sick to my stomach because of that. XD

I'm so bad when it comes to eating. Using the MFP app I find I usually eat too much sodium ><

www.soscuisine.com will create a meal plan for you and you can customize what you want (i.e. weight loss, cooking for one, vegan, budget, etc.)

Ooh... Will have a closer look at that later. I like the way the recipes are all listed so you can compare calories and macros in each meal at a glance.
    Thanks for the link :)

Having a lot of sodium makes you hold water, which isn't great for blood pressure. It doesn't affect weight or fitness though (apart from water weight). Obviously having too much sodium all the time is really bad for you, but then again too much of anything is bad for you. That's why it's too much.

If you only eat chicken then you haven't got many options, but I'd imagine you eat other foods like beans/veg/rice?

Ah I love rice xD Yes I love veggies, love tomatoes, definitely willing to eat beans but I don't go out of my way to do so. I need to mix things up I think. Gonna check out that soscuisine site right now!

Clean Eating magazine includes a 2 week plan in every issue. It generally runs about 1400-1500 cal/day.
