Hey,
I was on here alot last year but gave it a miss for a good while as I knew what I should/shouldn't be eating and my exercise plan was prett steady-state. But I am back on MFP as of today!!!
Basically, I need to write down what I eat on a daily basis so I can hold myself accountable to be honest. I've gained a few lbs rather than losing any. I desperately want to lose weight, think about it all the time but I don't. I've 0 willpower when it comes to food, heaps of motivation with the best of intentions, good at exercise.....it's my diet that I let myself down in. So I need to log my food to make myself realise how many cals are in the things I eat.
I got my gym programme changed last week (met with my PT) and I was sore the next day which is a good sign and I love being sore! So I do the gym twice a week (cardio, abs work and then free weights - 1hr30-2hr max in total) then bikram yoga twice a week also. So my exercise regime is fine.
I bought 2 bikini's for my (hopeful) holiday this June with my husband/kids so nothing like looking in the mirror at myself in them to motivate me. It's been oh about 6-8 years since I wore a bikini!!!!!!
Wish me luck. Today is the start of my 'diet'....(hate using that word but it is what it is.....or I could call it 'cutting the crap'.!)
