Hello everyone!
I went on a 21 mile bike ride at the weekend and stayed within my calorie target but I've put on 2lbs, I've read that it could be my musles retaining water weight - has anyone else experienced this? I also know that muscle weighs more than fat but I wouldve thought it'd take longer for muscle to grow.
Can anyone shed some light?
Thanks in advance!
