hi im michelle im 20yrs old im 5'6 and 12st2.5 my ideal weight is 9 n a half st
the trouble is i no i need to loose weight and try walking as much as i can
i also have a 2yr old so imalways running around after her
the trouble is i cant motivate myself to eat healthy and struggle to exercise at night once my daughters in bed lol would rather snack which is what my problem is lol
would luv if anyonecould give me advice

    nice to meet you, i am also new here, just joined in today!

    am sure that having a small child must be very difficult when trying to lose weight, ive seen other people around me, but am sure you can do it!

    i also need motivation so i have we can both motivate each other.

    i am 18 and i weight 140 pounts and my height is 5'2

    first of all: if you really want to snack, then snack on healthy foods, like a piece of fruit and or a vegatable (i know that vegetables are gross, believe me i HATE all kinds of vegetables) but baby carrots are kinda tasty, or so i heard.

    2nd of all: to motivate yourself, why not buy a dress, shirt, or jeans that are like 2 sizes smaller and everytime you don't want to exercise or just want to give up, look at them and tell youself "one day, i WILL wear those cute pairs of ---" that's what i did actually, i bought 2 really cute shirts, so i look at them and am motivated enought to start running on the treadmill! xD

    3rd of all: this might be stupid, but to motivate myself i watch the biggest loser, lol, idk why but i see how people struggle in there, and it makes me really sad, and i ask myself "do i really want to be there one day...."

    4rd of all: think about your beautiful little girl, look at her, and tell yourself that you're not doing this just for yourself but because of her, am sure she wants to have a happy and awesome mom! ^^

    well, i hope i motivated you...which am trying to do for myself as well, because i have really low self-esteem and ive gone through many things in school and life because of my weight, and am about ready to change that, i want to be happy everytime i look in the mirror! =]
