What is Shed and Shred?

Hi everyone: I have been on this diet of 1200 cal. now for approx 13 days.
I'm really enjoying striving towards a goal of losing 40 lbs.
I am learning discipline and self control but the weekends are the most challenging.
I have been briskly walking almost daily, and I'm starting to add jogging to it.
I keep reading about this Shed and Shred.
Can someone explain it all to me-I'd like to Shed and Shred in 30 days?

  • Not sure about that one but I use 30 day shred by jillian micheals. Super fast DVD that helps tone. I haven't lost the weight yet but I am losing inches. It's on you tube if you want to try it
