After getting utterly hooked on her 30DS I have bought some other excercise DVDs and her book 'Master your Metabolism' I wonder if anyone else has read it and also if anyone is following what Jillian is preaching in this book. I am still reading it but must admit that in places she has me confused as once she shays that Flaxseed is ok and then the you should not be eating it.
Ok any followers???/

Read her book, but was a while ago. Think most of the info was very eye opening, but in some cases way too difficult (unless you have a private chef & don't have to work) to implement. Pulled my book out, but don't see where she says not to eat the flaxseed, only where she recommends it. Do see that she has a couple of caveats...if you have a family history of cancer you probably don't want to use them (me), and that high amounts can hinder clotting so if you're already taking something to thin your blood, then you might want to talk to your doctor. If you can tell me what page it is where she says not to use it, might be able to answer your question better. She does also say that while nuts/seeds are good, that they're calorie dense which can be an issue for some dieters (me...lol).0
