Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me as I am having trouble!
I can read the instructions and enter figures, I just dont know which heart rate figures to enter!
I know my max heart rate is 210-(0.7x41)=181
However, where I get confused is entering the lower and upper HR limit.
Is the upper HR limit the same as the Max heart rate or is it the highest % of my max heart rate in the zone I want to exercise?
According to the table I have, the lower HR limit for light intensity is 108, the high HR limit for Moderate intensity is 143 and high intensity is 161.
If I am working out at the gym, mixing cardio and weights (on machines and dumbell) what range should I be exercising in?
Thanks in advance
