CUT time...

So I finished my clean bulk Friday and today I am starting to cut for summer. I put in losing 1.5 lbs a week in MFP. I dont want to lose as much muscle so I went with 1.5 and not 2lbs a week. Sounds good??

Also my calories show me as consuming 1890 cal a day. I am 6 foot, 182lbs and 30 years old. This looks right to me for just doing my everyday activities without exercise. I put my macro ratio to 40P, 35F and 25%C.

SO my only 2 questions are:
How do my ratios look for what I want to do?
and if I burn 600 calories tonight jogging, so then I have to eat a total of 2490 calories before bed tonight?

Thanks..

i think you need a much smaller deficit, like 0,5lb to 1lb (200-500 cals) so that you're keeping as much muscle as possible.

if you are using MFP calories (and not TDEE which includes exercise) then yes. net your calorie goal.

    Agreed.
How much weight did you put on during your bulk? And any ideas what your bf% might be?

I also intend to drink 2-3 L of water a day, two servings of BCAA throughout the day with glutamine.
