Diets make you FAT

Hi everyone, after reading many posts of many of you I would like to warn you that "dieting" is always a bad, a very bad idea.
I see some girls in here eating as low as 1300 calories a day ! That is way too low! You will mess up your metabolism, and then you enter a vicious circle of eating just a little and getting fatter (because your body is too smart ! When you eat so few calories "starvation mode" enters the body and squeezes as slowly it cans every calorie you eat. The body becomes "super efficient" in burning calories as slow as it can be. Do a research about your weight/age/size and how many calories you should be eating every day (and just cut the quantity maximum a 20 % less NO MORE).

What to do? Yes, you have to eat balanced and good nutrients, but losing more than 2 pounds a week is almost always a sure sign of muscle loss (whichs is what we want to avoid completely, since muscle burns fat). And that is why SO important to lift weights, not extremely heavy nor too light (aim for 4 sets in a range of 8-12 repetitions each one, and that last repetition on each set should be very difficult for you to make! ).
When burning fat is a no doubt- If you had to choose between aerobic excercise and weight training one would normally believe the false concept that aerobic is for burning fat and weight resistance. (Which is completely false). Weight training is way more important for fat loss.

Where have I learned all this? The hard way. I picked up running since some 5 years ago, and I just seemed to mantain myself, I never made any significant weight loss by running itself.
I have read a lot about nutrition, and just recently I really decided to walk the walk, and getting good results finally. :-)
You have to discipline yourself and make the super synergy . Good nutrition + Weight resistance + Aerobic = super fat loss. You cannot compromise one of them, If you do - you will compromise your success.

Greetings everyone
