We're all bound to slip now and then. Don't beat yourself up too hard. Pick yourself up and keep going.0

Drink LOTS of water and try to get as little sodium as possible and I promise the 'swell' will go down0

Generally speaking weight that comes on or goes off quickly (i.e. mostly water weight) does the reverse very quickly as well.
That being said, try to get into a more moderate routine if you're having trouble with what you're doing.0 -
Drink lots of water and some green tea -- just get right back into healthy eating, you can do this!! You're doing great!! :flowerforyou:0

thankyou everyone you've been amazing, feeling so much more positive xx0

Mine looked like that last night too! THREE inches larger than usual!
But most of that is water (from TOM and eating salty chinese food!).
Already today it looks better!
It always helps me to remember that it takes 3500 extra calories to add a pound. Did you really go over that many calories? Probably not. So it should come off soon.
But also be sure to log, log, log to keep yourself honest! Then you can know the truth and stop worrying.0 -
I made the same mistake myself. My friends have told me today i get new calories, I start fresh and yesterday was well...yesterday. Drink a bunch of water, and if you hit up fast food and cookies like i did yesterday, watch your sodium.
I feel for you, best of luck!0 -
Just remember to take a picture of yourself in a couple days and you will see it goes down.
I am sure you have friends here that would gladly talk to you, if you want to talk.0 -
I agree with the other girls.. it's probably mostly water weight from high sodium junk foods.
Drink lots of water, eat healthy, sensible (high fiber would be good).
Exercise but not to the point that you'll hurt yourself.0 -
Side note: You have really nice arms!! I would kill for those.0

thanks guys
im actually in shock at how much its popped out, surely thats not normal?
im hoping i can get it back to that first picture in 30 days x
assuming your binging might have included some boxed foods, maybe some fast foods. All the salt will bloat you out instantly especailly if you have been eating clean. Go back to your food intake before, increase your water and get your exercise back and you will be surprised how fast it comes back off.
Hard sometimes these 'bing' times to see how fast your body reacts. Good news most of us learn from it and it sounds like you have and your body didn't like it.
Dont beat yourself up, just get back on that wagon and you will be surprised how much better you feel and fast!0
