SO I was original at 1200 when I started myfitnesspal a year ago and lost 20 pounds. Once I hit a plateau there, I red that I should up my calories so I did to 1460 and lost another 10 pounds in two months, SO hitting another plateau I figured lowering my calories back down would help. I GAINED 6 POUNDS AND 5 INCHES IN A WEEK!!!!!! I figure my body went into starvation mode.
QUESTION: Should I up my calories back to 1460? I did a TDEE calculator thing and it said 2300 so if I subtract 500 calories from that I should up to 1800 but I can't even eat 1600 calories a day on intense workout day. If I go back to 1460 will I still be stuck at my before weight again?
