Are we suppossed to eat the calories we burn exercising?

You have a choice to eat them back. Most generally I don't eat them back if I even bother to log them. It is totally up to you though.0

MFP is designed that you are to eat them. Your daily goal has a deficit built in already - meaning eat to goal, do zero exercise, and you'll lose weight. Add the exercise cals in, and you're creating a larger deficit, which is not good. That's why MFP adds them to your daily goal when you log your exercise.
