When do readjust your TDEE?

I don't feel like I need to do it yet because I am still losing and at fairly decent rate I set my calories at -20% which gives me 1684 calories a day. So do I wait until I stop losing or do I keep readjusting for what I have lost?

This is what the spreadsheet I use says:When your weight drops 5 lbs, or your measurements for body fat % change, or your daily activity changes, or your exercise type and time change, then you need to correct the stats above to see if your final TDEG changes enough to worry about.
So I pretty much adjust, my weight and measurements as they change, but don't change my goal it till there is over a 100 calorie difference between what I'm eating at and what it says. Thats just me though.
I think there are a lot of people who don't adjust until they hit a plateau.0 -
I've also read to re-adjust after your body weight has changed by 5lbs or more. Speaking of which, I need to recalculate mine..0
