On the weekends, I usually have meals with friends and family. This time, I had some Asian style stir fry rice and veggies, but I'm not sure how many calories are in it.
How do you guys find nutritional information when eating outside?

www.calorie-count.com does let you put in your own recipes. it takes a while to get them put in accurately but once they are in they are in and you will be able to access them again anytime you need them. i use it with this site. i just add a food on here when i have my own recipe. calorie-count also gives you serving sizes in grams so i have http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/grams-to-ounces.htm this website saved under favorites so i can quickly convert the measurements.0
