New and need help

I have always been active till I moved to the city and have gained 10 pounds. I want to get rid of it and have no clue how. I exercise 4 times a week and I feel like I am getting no where. I am going to start tracking my food and looking at going gluten free. Does anyone have any weight loss tips for someone who is already pretty active?
