Suggestions Needed: Shoes for Lifting

So, I've decided I'm going to suck it up and purchase a pair of shoes for training. Since I do minimal cardio on training days I'm not looking for something that's versatile.
What can you recommend for a good/legit lifting shoe?
Pics or links are also awesome :)
Thanks guy!

What sort of shoe? Something cheap that works for all lifts? Something like a chuck taylor or minimalist shoe. Or those creepy vibrams.

Olympic lifting? There are lots of nice olympic shoes. Like Pendlays. Would love me a pair of those.

I use plain old Converse Chuck Taylors on lifting days. They're flat and lightweight. The only thing to keep in mind is that these shoes have no arch support as it is just a flat rubber sole.

I'm not planning on competing so I just need something that's not too expensive, not the "creepy vibram", but able to be flexible enough to do what I need done. In regards to support, it's not a huge issue since if I find something it "too flat" I have orthopedics.

you say "flexibile"... and I know you aren't being literal, but weight lifting shoes typically are inflexible.
I'd just get some new balance minimus cross trainers.
